[Belenios-discuss] Spanish translation

I've recently installed version 1.4, which includes the possibility of 
casting blank votes, which comes very handy because our users were 
expecting this feature.

I see that it's possible to select between different languages, however, 
Spanish is missing.

I found what must be the localization files: web_l10n_*.ml

I was wondering whether someone already prepared a Spanish translation. In 
case nobody has, I'd be willing to prepare one and contribute it to the 
project.

If you can advise me on this matter I'd be very grateful.
