Dear Tejaswi,

I think there is some confusion here. BeleniosVS and BeleniosRF are
variants of Belenios that explore what could be done in the future.
There is no well developed codes associated to these variants and no
concrete plan for integrating them to our code base.

Instead, our voting platform Belenios corresponds to the implementation
of the Belenios protocol, described for example here:

Btw, this mailing-list is primarily intended to discuss about Belenios
(but your questions are still welcome!).

This explains why you don't find any re-randomization primitive in our
code base, there is none.
