Hello,

I've just released Belenios 2.3.


The main visible differences with the previous version (2.2) are:

 * Update OCaml stack to 4.14.1 and base containers on Debian 12
 * Add individual salts in credential derivation. This changes the
   format of private credentials. The old format is still supported
   for existing elections, but new ones will use the new format.
 * Web server:
   + Improve consistency of texts (GitHub issue #75)
   + Send private credentials on draft validation


As usual, I've pushed a signed tag to the git repositories. Tarball and
signature are available at:
