This short message is just to encourage users of cado-nfs to prefer
the git version over the released cado-nfs-1.1.

Given that cado-nfs-1.1 is 18 months old, the number of fixes which
are in the git version and not in cado-nfs-1.1 is very high. The git
version is most often acceptably stable (cado-nfs is tested nightly on
a continuous integration platform, which minimizes the risk of
functionality breakage spanning more than a few hours, at most days).

For users who prefer tar.gz files over git checkouts, let me mention
that it is possible to fetch snapshots from the git repository browser
which is here:
