Work around GCC bug 58805 affecting GCC versions 4.8.x, see

Revert cofactorization strategies to previous model to avoid taking too much 
time in cofactorization

Several minor cleanups.


Sadly, the warning from the first alpha to use cadofactor.py client/server 
only over trusted networks still applies while I'm trying to figure out how 
to work around some bugs in the SSL module.
