the Bf, Bg, area parameters are used to compute the Murphy-E score.
See the 2nd formula on page 2038 of "ON POLYNOMIAL SELECTION FOR THE GENERAL
NUMBER FIELD SIEVE" by Thorsten Kleinjung (Math. Comp. 2006).
