Thanks for your feedback.

What is the output of

ls -lR /opt/c180.bwc

?

Apparently, the linear generator program has failed, and the likely cause
is that some of the output files of the earlier step are corrupt.

Depending on what there is in the directory, you may be able to run
some of the offline checking tools in cado-nfs, to determine what part of
the computation needs to be redone. I'll guide you through that.
