Perhaps one thing to note for the bug investigation:

On 2.2GHz overclocked Raspberry Pi400 the initial cado-nfs.py call fails
in "characters" in majority of cases.

I did several RSA-100 and RSA-110 runs on Pi400 at non-overclocked
factory 1.8GHz CPU frequency. Here initial cado-nfs.py run nearly always
succeeds, among many runs a retry happened only once for me.
