Thanks for your answer.
I tried to switch to Qt3 and to include CGAL/basic.h but it didn't change
anything.
Then I tried to compile my source on another computer with gcc 4.x.x and
it worked ...
So my problem is solved, though that kernel doesn't seem to be usable with
a gcc 3.3 compiler.
