I have two neighbouring points in regular triangulation and i compute
weighted circumcenters of all cells, which have both those points as vertices
(presume that noone of this cells is infinite). Will the amount of these
weighted circumcenters be grater than 2 in every case?

and each of them has a weighted circumcenters which,
except of course in degenerated cases, are distinct weighted points
