I have bild the 0-alpha_shape of the set of balls, but I don't know how to take the vertices.
Have CGAL any function/routin to do it?
Thanks!

build the $0$-alpha_shapes of your set of balls.
The vertices of the union are dual to the boundary facets of the
$0$-alpha_shapes.
(Each side of such a facet corresponds to one of the intersecting points
of the three balls associated with the vertices).
