Hello Stefan,

They have been removed from the documentation in CGAL 3.2


They were abandonned as they were wrappers of leda functionality.
As only few CGAL project partners have a license for leda, and
as Qt is the favored windows toolkit and also can generate
postscript, these packages will not be resurrected. At least
we haven't allocated ressources for this.
