of course i know that i need to reply to the form and submit it!

but again, there is no download link on the response page:

if you look at the html code of that page:

<tr><td>Windows Installer</td><td></td></tr>

the download link of the windows installer, as i remember, should be
right after "<td>Windows Installer</td>".

come on, i was trying to report a bug about the download page, of
course i know how to submit the form.
