CGAL users discussion list

Hello, I am new to CGAL and have a very simple question. Does the functor
concept Kernel::ConstructOrthogonalVector_3 return a vector of already
unit magnitude? I realize the answer to this may depend on the kernel
because dividing by a length is not desired for exact types. I am simply
using 'double' though.
