As far as I know, the Arrangement package has been almost totally reworked, in other to allow the computation of arrangements on surfaces (instead of just on the 2D plane).


However, as far as users on the 2D plane are concerned, the API should remain the same as with CGAL-3.3.


You can install CGAL-3.4-beta1, to test it, and keep your installation of CGAL-3.3.1. That is the best way to proceed, al least until CGAL-3.4 finale is officially released.
