One of Qt-4.5 new features is the support of 64 bits Mac OS X:

But you are right: the binaries seem to be for 10.5. Have you tried to
compile
Qt yourself? The configuration lasts 3-5mn, and the compilation lasts about a
mid-day pause. ;-)
