Hi Guang,
I had same problem, and Laurent and Nader helped me to solve it. Actually, you need to use Release mode not Debug to compile your code. It makes big difference. for my data, debug was taking 3 days but release took just few minutes. At first, you can use the cgal normal example which you can find in example folder.
