Actually, CGAL-3.6-beta1 has been released today. You can see on the CGAL web 
site http://www.cgal.org/ that the release date is 1st March. :-)

I wonder how you arrived on http://upcoming.cgal.org/, that is a testing web 
site (now restricted with a password).
