Hi Ben,

The cgi script /cgi-bin/cgal_download.pl is buggy: now, all recent CGAL 
releases can be downloaded from the Inria GForge web site. The release number 
(3.5) should not be mentioned on that web page!

You can follow the link to GForge and you will be CGAL-3.6beta1 in available 
tarballs.
