Hi All,

Were any of you able to compile CGAL (and also Boost) code along with the
device code in a '.cu' file in CUDA environment? The only solution which I
found was to write host code and device code separately in a .cpp file and
.cu file, compile it with 'gcc' and 'nvcc' respectively, and finally link
them.
