Hi!

I have noticed that there is a class
Complex_2_in_triangulation_3_polyhedron_builder that converts C2T3 to
Polyhedron. However, there is no C3T3 version...

I wonder, would it be difficult task to convert C2T3 version to version for 
C3T3
 by myself?

btw, is there any reasons, why there is no
Complex_3_in_triangulation_3_polyhedron_builder present??
