Hi,

If you copy the surface_reconstruction_example code to another folder, 
make sure you copy also the CMakeList.txt.
It defines the dependencies of the reconstruction code towards TAUCS, 
LAPACK and BLAS.
Then run cmake to generate your VC++ solution.

There is no need to copy TAUCS.h or any other TAUCS file.
