Dear CGAL developers,

I would like to use your Surface Mesher with a brain volume that
features a narrow slit in the left Sylvian fissure (other sulci are
obliterated by morphological closing). This fissure was accentuated
somewhat by morphological opening. However, if I try to run the Gray
Level-based Surface Mesher, this slit, as well as a interhemispheric
space get filled out by the resulting surface mesher. Is there a
parameter that I can play with that will produce a surface with a
tigher fidelity to boundary?

The brain binary is Gaussian-filtered with a small kernel.

Best wishes,

Michel
