Hi, we are developing 3D solid modelling program using a gometric modelling
kernel but there is not enough capabilities about constraints in the library
of it. I wonder whether cgal package includes support for constraints
(parallel, perpendicular, coincidence, tangent, concentric, symmetric and
equal radius constraints). If you give information about that, I will be
glad.

If I understand well your question, there is nothing in CGAL that allows
to define constraints between geometric objects.

CGAL is a library of algorithms that operate over geometric objects without explicitly encoded relation between objects
(Some data structures are also provided)
