The code referred to in the references is only
a prototypal code,
developped to write a paper and not more.

using the CGAL manual I am able to get the 3D mesh of various segmented
multidomain images.
I have also learned how to include an exposed 1D feature, but in this case
the explicit definition of the feature is necessary.
Consulting the manual and in particular reading 2 references (at the end of
this e-mail), I have also found out that the 1D features can be extracted
directly from the multi-domain image and preserved in the final mesh.

My question: Is there any example or c++ code for this procedure? It would
be very helpful for me.
