I don't know SWIG well, but from what I understand of it, it seems like 
once you can generate bindings for one language, you can generate them for 
all of them (including ocaml) without additional effort.

That seems to be the whole point of using a framework like SWIG instead of 
doing direct bindings manually for one language.
