@Anil: Did you find a way to use netbeans with CGAL, if yes please reply.
@Philipp: Where can one find this script, can you please write a simple hello world CGAL project with a CMakeLists.txt file.

documentation how to setup the linking process. CGAL also provides a
script to generate a basic CMakeLists.txt file for a small project which
in turn can generate a Makefile. Your IDE manual should have information
how to create a new project from existing sources using a Makefile.
