Hello,
I ask an advise for the following topic:
I use visual studio 2010 and I tried to use CGAL and I didn't have any
problem when my project was a "win32 project". In that case in the property
"Common Language Runtime Support" was selected the value
"No Common Language Runtime Support". And it was ok!
But the project, in which I really need to use CGAL, is "Windows Form
Application Project". So when in the in the property "Common Language
Runtime Support" I choose the following value
"Pure MSIL Common Language Runtime Support (/clr:pure)"
I got errors for example as the following
"
1> C:\Program Files (x86)\CGAL-3.9\include\CGAL/FPU.h(161): error C3862:
'CGAL::IA_bug_sqrt': cannot compile an unmanaged function with /clr:pure or
/clr:safe
1> Inline native assembly not supported in managed code
"
when I choose the value "Common Language Runtime Support (/clr)" my program
shows that it compiles correctly but when it tries to start running it ends
with the message " that it was unable for the application to start"
I know that maybe I try to use native code like CGAL is (I think) to managed
code like my program is.
But how is it possible to use CGAL in a "Windows Form Application Project"
project?
Or it is not supported?
