Hi

I am a sophomore at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi majoring in
Computer Science. I have a strong mathematical and programming
background. I am highly enthusiastic to work in CGAL during the
summer. I have my own project idea in my mind.

My project idea is to make libraries that could compute the singular
value decomposition( SVD ), QR factorization, LU factorization, Eigen
value calculator, Least square problem solutions in C++. My main aim
is to implement this with the best efficiency like the Gauss newton's
method, householder's transform etc.

I would like to inform you I have done many courses which have dealt
with mathematics( like numerical and scientific computing, linear
algebra, abstract algebra, calculus, etc) and programming ( in C,
C++, Java, XML, Python, SML, Prolog, etc).I have made big number
package in C++, carrom game( works on LAN) and a ticket booking system
in C++.
I have made binary search trees , general trees , trees used for data
compression , heap , traversals on trees graphs , dfs(depth first
search) and bfs(breadth first search) on graphs , dijkstra ,
prim-jarnik and kruskal's algorithms on graphs , evrything above
mentioned in JAVA with generic classes , functions and interfaces .

I request you to kindly guide meregarding this idea for the Google
summer of Code. Suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
