It is already added to the system variables. Can u plz tell me how do I copy the DLLs to the directory of the application? I didn't get what u mean exactly!

You need to add the path C:\CGAL-3.9\auxiliary\gmp\lib in the PATH environment
version. Or copy the DLLs in the directory of the applications you want to
run.
