if one of the vertex from the hole is out of the outer bounday just a little,
is there any method to solve this? I got the point data from AutoCAD, and I
believe the data precision in AutoCAD is much lower than in CGAL. in
AutoCAD, the vertex is on one line,but construct them using CGAL's point and
line, then test and found the point is not the line.
