This is a bit obscure, could you tell us more?
Do you mean that the whole object get translated or that
the points are not exactly where you expected them to be?
Note that is you are using a Polyhedral_mesh_domain_3, the points
of the polyhedron are not in general in the final mesh (its surface
get remeshed).
