Dear all,
I have two kinds of polyhedrons which are needed to be added together.
However, they are not matched on the boundary and if they are added directly
the result polyhedron would have very sharp shapes, which will lead to very
dense mesh near the sharp shapes. Since the 6 small polyhedrons (see
attachment: 1.off~6.off) can't be simplified, I need to polish the large
polyhedron (see attachment: a.off) to let their boundaries match at those
locations to remove the sharp shapes.
Does anyone have some good suggestion to polish the final polyhedron to
remove the sharp shapes?
Thanks,
Zhanghong Tang
