CGAL-4.3 and CGAL-4.4-beta1 do not yet support MSVC 2013 (and its VC++12 
compiler). GeometryFactory is currently (even today) working on that support, 
and we expect to partially support it in CGAL-4.4 final release (in about two 
weeks).
