The first patch on <CGAL/sse2.h> is being integrated in the future CGAL-4.5.1
bug-fix release, and in our 'master' Git branch. The second patch on the
CMake
scripts is more questionable. We are currently redoing all our CMake scripts,
and your patch is probably not worth being integrated in 'master'.

As for the CGAL-4.5 branch, I want to test your MinGW setup before modifying
the CMake scripts, but I have not had the time so far.

Unfortunately, not yet. There is an ongoing work to publish our Git
repository
on Github. I hope that it will be finished during the first trimester of 2015.
