Hello again,

This first hacky version should do it:

The first argument is your mesh, the second the grid cell
size in order to sample points on the mesh.

Concerning the data set, you already distribute it to the public
by putting it on a google drive and announcing it on this mailing list.
Can you give me the URL for where you found the data set,
so that we can contact them, or simply refer to this URL.
