Dear all,

Greetings!

As a beginner, I have a question in how to build CGAL in Windows. I'm trying to follow the instructions at:

https://www.cgal.org/download/windows.html

And got through most of the steps on my Windows 10 64 bit, VS 2015 64 bit. However, in the last step I encountered the error "Unable to start program" and "The system cannot find the file specified". Could you please help?
