What is the value for CGAL_DIR in cmake-gui ?

Again, as Sébastien pointed in his first message, the error message suggests that the CGAL version you are using is different from the version of the example.

How did you install CGAL? What version is it? If you use examples from CGAL 5.2, you should install CGAL 5.2 in the first place.

Tried changing every occurence of Eigen3 to Eigen in CMakeLists.txt, and deleting CMakeCache.txt, but still the same error.
