Actually, the Rigid_triangle_mesh_collision_detection uses Side-of_triangle_mesh to detect a cube inside another cube, at least in the function get_all_intersections_and_inclusions(), which was specifically designed for that case.

As you speak about positional, the above as well as what Maxime gave you
will not tell you that a cube is contained in another one.
