When adding a mesh, it is then considered as fixed (it should not be modified). Its position in space is given by its coordinates.
When setting a transformation, it is done on the input mesh
even if a previous transformation was applied. If you want to
apply several transformation one after the other, you have to
update yourself the transformation accordingly.

I'm not sure to understand the question so let me know if I got it wrong.

Whether these methods have automatically converted these meshes to the same coordinate?

* If not, how to judge the positional relationships of the meshes
under different coordinate systems.
* If so, in which method is the coordinate system transformation
encapsulated
