Dear CGAL experts, 

I would like to install CGAL on a Windows 10 machine with Python support. 

I managed to use vcpkg to install CGAL, and when I try to install cgal-swig-bindings I run into trouble. 

I've tried both methods: vcpkg and CMake/VisualStudio. 

My Python version is Anaconda Python 3.8. 

With vcpkg, I get the following...
vcpkg install cgal-bindings:x64-windows
Computing installation plan...
Error: while loading cgal-bindings:
The port directory (C:\Users\maude\Downloads\vcpkg\ports\cgal-bindings) does not exist

If I define that directory... I now get: 
vcpkg install cgal-bindings
Computing installation plan...
Error: while loading cgal-bindings:
Failed to find either a CONTROL file or vcpkg.json file.

With the CMake approach, I get:

It looks like my linking options for LASlib are not set properly by the CMake file. 

I'm open to either solution, as long as I manage to get Python-based Windows resources. I would like to use them for medial axis computation.
