features are:

- arctic matrix interpretations [Koprowski, Waldmann]

- strongly connected components of a graph [Ducas]

- decomposition of a termination problem into sub-problems using the SCC 
decomposition of its dependency graph [Ducas]

- some support for classical reasoning [Blanqui]
