I have working copies of the 2012 videos for Ahmed, Awodey, Constable, Harper 
and Pfenning that I can put up if needed.

They are huge files, typically 4GB per lecture. I assume they were encoded 
this way so viewers can still make out what is written on the whiteboards. 

However, before trying to get a new copy you may want to compare your files 
against these hashes (from my versions).
