Indeed,
Some gtk people work on personalization (I know, I know not all of them and
not always (pleaaaaaaase don't take this sentence as an opportunity for
anything)). Therefore, the ‘standard’ menu items are translated, have icons
and use the session-wide accelerators you configure.
Job is done lazily when there are blocking issues for coq specific items. So
you’re locked in english with specific (sometime conflicting) accel.
