Hi,
Yes, unfortunately, the bug tracker and the wiki have been down for more than one week now.

It seems that the bug tracker was under an attack and INRIA's IT services did not manage to put it back online yet.

We can only hope that this gets solved soon but if that's not the case, we'll have to come up with a temporary solution.
