It does need to detect OpenCL, else OpenCL will get disabled throughout
all parts of StarPU. Nathalie, we should perhaps simply try to make
configure add "-framework OpenCL" to CFLAGS on macos?
In the meanwhile, Usman, you should be able to use something like:
CFLAGS="-framework OpenCL" ./configure
etc. to make not only the Makefiles, but also configure use the
-framework OpenCL option.
