Thanks Samuel. Will try modifying  the Makefile.am to add my example.

Because automake maintainers does not want to implement wildcards, so
you have to add explicitly to examples/Makefile.am before running
autogen.sh

There is nothing really particular. Once installed, you can use StarPU's
.pc file, as documented in chapter 3 (Using StarPU). The path to the .cl
kernel files can be relative to the current directory, or absolute, as
fits you best.
