[Starpu-devel] Modification of the StarPU Public API

All,

Those of you who are following the commits in the trunk have noticed the 
public API has been updated.

Type naming in StarPU were not consistent, we thus updated them so as to 
follow identical rules (as explained in trunk/README.dev)

Running the script trunk/tools/dev/rename.sh on your source code should 
do all the necessary updates. If you wish to keep using the old API, you 
can also include in your application 
trunk/include/starpu_deprecated_api.h (after starpu.h) which defines the 
old types w.r.t to the new ones.

Please keep us posted if there is any problem with your code concerning 
these updates.
