Of course StarPU does not have support for Fusion right now, but it is
the kind of things that are easy to implement in StarPU: it is a matter
of adding a power cap in the scheduling decision, in addition to the
timing optimization. The hard part is actually not in StarPU: getting
the numbers which permit to take the decision, i.e. measure how much a
given task consumes power etc.
