Uh. I fail to see how that is possible, except a bug in libcuda. Anyway,
as you said starpu_calibrate_bus shouldn't call starpu_init.

Worker_get_count, no, and we don't use it in bus calibration.
get_cuda_device_count it fine (just like it was before the introduction
of starpu_init() in starpu_calibrate_bus).
